At Relief Rituals, we understand that receiving your somatic tools is the first step in your grounding practice. We strive to process and ship your order as efficiently as possible so you can begin your ritual.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
· Note: Processing time is the time it takes to pack and hand off your order to the carrier. This is separate from the shipping time.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
· Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days - $4.95
· Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days - $9.95
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
· Estimated Delivery: International orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
· Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Relief Rituals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@reliefrituals.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We DO ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure the address format is correct when checking out.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
· Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at care@reliefrituals.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
· Lost/Stolen: Relief Rituals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, effective communication with the shipping carrier regarding the delivery status is the customer's responsibility. However, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
